ARCHITECTURAL REVIEW BOARD • 715 OCEAN VIEW BLVD.
A City of Pacific Grove hearing notice published July 30 says the board will consider Architectural Permit, Coastal Development Permit and Variance application 25-0253. The proposal would remodel the one-story residence, connect it to the garage with a first-floor addition, and add a second floor and ADU above the garage. The city lists the property in the coastal zone and the meeting for Tuesday at City Hall with virtual access. The full August 11 agenda packet was not readable in the public index at review time, so no staff recommendation or outcome is being inferred.
